What happens when you click through to a host organization
When you click an "Apply" or "Visit" link, you leave Volunteer Nearby and arrive at the host organization's own website. From that point on, their privacy practices apply, not ours. We have no visibility into what happens on their site.
Hosting and basic request logs
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may log basic request information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested) for security, abuse prevention, and performance. Volunteer Nearby does not access these logs for any marketing or profiling purpose. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on what they collect.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Some opportunities listed are open to teens and students; if you are a minor, please involve a parent or guardian before contacting any organization or signing up for an event.
Changes
If this ever changes — for example, if we add a contact form, a submission portal, or analytics — we will update this page first and explain plainly what's new. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
